Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a “30-Day Money Back Guarantee" for any product that (1) aligns with this Return & Exchange Policy and (2) wasn't already discounted at the time of purchase. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a product for a full refund or exchange, granted the product aligns with this Return & Exchange Policy. Returned product must still be in a new and resellable condition, free of any damage or defect.
All apparel must have the original tags attached. Footwear should be worn indoors and paired with the socks you intend to use afield to ensure a proper fit. All other gear (e.g., shelters, sleep systems, electronics, optics, handheld gear, etc.), must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. For hygiene and health concerns, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on consumables, used undergarments, or used mouth calls.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if they did not elect for Redo coverage. Labels can be easily purchased through the return portal. Refunds will be administered using the same payment method that was used during the original purchase.
Items returned to us that do not align with our Return Policy will be shipped back to you at your expense.
SHIPPING POLICY
We typically fulfill orders by the following business day, though in rare cases it may take up to 72 business hours. Orders are shipped primarily via UPS and USPS.
Please note that shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only, and delays can occur once a package is in transit. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, be sure to select a shipping option that includes a stated timeframe (e.g., Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air).
